Each individual may open only one widbd account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all related accounts may be suspended or closed and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held. If any of your details change, please notify our support team promptly.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

widbd may request verification of your identity at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if the required documents are not submitted.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account, even if a third party has used your credentials.

• Do not share your password with anyone.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are available for depositing funds on the widbd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

When making a deposit, please ensure you are using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this may take longer due to identity verification or security-related reasons. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If a member is found to be conducting fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious financial activity, widbd reserves the right to immediately suspend that account and notify the relevant authorities.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must be wagered 20 times (20x) before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• widbd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

You can advance to a higher tier based on your gaming activity. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. widbd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

9.1 Closure by Member

• Evidence of fraudulent activity or manipulation

In such cases, funds held in the account may be forfeited and widbd will not be obligated to pay any compensation.

You are granted a limited licence to access the platform for personal and non-commercial use only. This licence is non-transferable.

• Loss arising from user negligence or breach of these Terms
• Temporary service unavailability due to unforeseen technical issues
